How can I make a reservation?
All reservations can be made through OpenTable or our reservationists. Please note that reservations for 9 guests or more must be made by phone. Please call (323) 410-2337 to speak with a reservationist.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
What is your grace period?
We offer a 15-minute grace period. Late arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period will be accommodated as soon as possible.
Can I request a specific table?
We’ll note your preference, but we cannot guarantee a specific table.
What is your cancellation policy?
No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a $25 per person charge.
Is the restaurant indoors or outdoors?
The restaurant features an open-air, covered rooftop with heaters throughout the space. We recommend dressing in layers for cooler evenings.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. An elevator provides full access to our outdoor decks.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, service dogs are welcome.
Can I bring flowers, balloons, or decorations?
Yes, as long as they don’t block walkways or include open flames.
Do you have live music?
We have DJs and live performances Wednesday through Saturday evenings, as well as during weekend brunch from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Do you offer Happy Hour?
Yes! Monday–Friday, 3:00–6:00 PM (not available on weekends).
Can I bring an outside dessert?
Yes, the restaurant charges a $5 cutting fee per person for all outside desserts.
Do you allow outside alcohol?
No, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
How can I get the birthday sign? Can I get it all week long?
Loulou offers two different birthday package experiences, which can be found on our bottle service menu. You can also get a customized sign for $250 without purchasing a bottle.
Is the brunch buffet the only option on weekends?
Yes, our brunch buffet is the only option during brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Our à la carte dinner menu starts at 5:00 PM on weekends.

Do you allow children?
Yes, guests under 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
Do you offer high chairs?
Yes.

Are strollers allowed?
Strollers aren’t permitted on the deck but may be parked at the host stand.
Do you split checks?
We provide one check per table and can accept up to five credit cards or cash.
Do you accept Apple Pay?
Yes, Apple Pay is accepted.
May I purchase a gift card?
Yes, please click on the “Gift Cards” tab on our website to purchase a gift card.
Where should I park?
Please park at the Santa Monica Place Parking Structure #8, located on 2nd Street between Colorado Ave and Broadway. The first 90 minutes are free. We do not validate.
Please note that valet is available on 2nd Street between Colorado and Broadway on weekends.
